the room was cozy and well-heated, making for a comfortable night's sleep. the availability of a mineral water pool and sauna 24/7 was a huge plus. the location was also conveniently situated near some interesting animals, creating a unique experience.
we came upon some animals who appeared to be in need of proper care and attention.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel facilities are great, especially the 24/7 availability of the mineral water pool and sauna. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms is superb and the beds were very comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast and dinner served at the neighboring hotel are of very high quality and offer a wide variety of options.
Not obvious to find.

This hotel offers a decent breakfast and dinner buffet, with quality food available. the staff are helpful and pleasant, and the rooms are well heated with comfortable beds. the hotel boasts a mineral water pool and sauna which are available 24/7, which is relaxing and convenient.
Animal facilities may not receive proper care at times.

During my Christmas stay, I was positively impressed by the cozy rooms, which were always perfectly heated, and the comfortable beds that allowed me to rest well every night. I also enjoyed the 24/7 availability of the mineral water pool and sauna, which was a perfect way to relax after a long day of activities. The breakfast and dinner buffets in the neighboring hotel were varied and delicious, offering a great selection of dishes that satisfied all my preferences. the helpful and nice staff made my stay even more pleasant and enjoyable.
I was disappointed to find out that the private pools were not available during my stay in December, which was not mentioned in the reservation. even though the park hosts a selection of animals, they did not seem to enjoy a proper care.
